What is reel set matching?

Set matching compares the reel diameters on one mower. CUT shows the spread between the largest and smallest reel against your tolerance, so a mismatched set is flagged before it cuts unevenly.

How does CUT calculate reel life?

Reel life left = (current diameter − replace-at limit) ÷ (new diameter − replace-at limit). A 5.000" reel with a 4.400" replace-at limit measuring 4.900" has 83% life left.

Does CUT track bedknives?

Yes. CUT records bedknife thickness per cutting unit alongside reel measurements.
